Getting under the covers: Photo by Ketut SubiyantoIf you have ADHD it's almost a given that you will experience sleep problems!
Let's do a sleep program together to see how it works - or doesn't work. It was given to me by a medical doctor - Dr Benji Ozynski who is a specialist in sleep and sleep disorders.
I have not done this program before. But I believe it will be a really good idea for as many of my readers to try this - after all, sleep is as unique as each of us are.
I met Dr Ozynski when he was my medic at the psychiatry clinic at the Helen Joseph Hospital in Johannesburg recently
As sleep disorders are a constant problem of ADHD, I would like people to share with us and all our readers how effective this program is. You can share openly or anonymously if you want.
My entire ADHD career, which spans more than 26 years has always had at its core to share every bit of knowledge that I have verified, and to highlight those that are not beneficial.
I ask that you consider doing the same to benefit us all. This program would cost a lot of money if you had to do it on your own. Remember this program is free - the only cost is our request to share your experience of it and sleep in general
Once a week I will send each participant an email with a link to a page where you can fill in your experiences with the program.

Nourishing the child to flourishReceiving emotional, and monetary care is both humbling and glorious at the same time. Giving emotional, physical, and monetary support to people who you feel compelled to help is an investment in you - the giver or investor or donor - as well as the receiver.
During my sojourn "playing with the Fairies" last year family, friends, and clients stepped in with support.
Pat was able to provide me with the care I required, including items such as nappies, and a male carer on call for when I fell over for the full 2 months I was non-compos-mentis, and for another two months while I slowly regained my mind and my strength.
Pat and I were NOURISHED by their selfless generosity. The result is Pat and I are finally FLOURISHING again almost a year later.
In this section of the website we will run stories of people who we know present a valid case for support. Readers can then decide whether -or how they would like to get involved - or not.
You, my loyal readers can also provide us with people or projects you think can do with some help. In each case we will need to check that the claim is valid before publishing.
There are many ways you can help. From something as easy as hitting the forward button to someone you know can help, or needs help, to actually providing help physically or monetarily.
This is the germ of the idea, it needs you to grow it with us, to invest not only in others, but in yourself. You can remain anonymous, or not.
